Vineyards grow on gently sloping hills that are reflected in lake Arancio. The fertile clayey soil gives to the wine a nice fragrancy and minerality

Nose : Intense fragrances of mature fruits and dried fruits as almonds and nuts

Palate: Intense and full, with a minerality that makes it fresh and pleasant, similar to sicilian citrus fruits

Alcohol content: 13,5% vol

Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C

Food matching: Seasoned cheese, white meats and grilled vegetables

Cellar life: 5 years
