Nose : Intense scents of orange blossoms, lemons, citrus fruit, citron, mixed with a slight hint of thyme

Palate: Light, fresh and savoury as the breeze from the sea

Alcohol content: 12% vol

Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C

Food matchings: Fresh cheeses, mediteranean salads, roasted chicken and fish starters
