Chardonnay prefers dry soils which were once covered with water, rich in humus and of nourishing substances that make the wine warm and pleasant.

Colour: Intense straw-yellow color with goldish green reflections

Nose : Hints of orange peel and very ripe prickly pears that blend well with mild hints of oleander flowers

Palate: Powerful, enveloping, with good and pleasant minerality that makes it persistent in the mouth

Alcohol content: 13,5% vol

Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C

Food matching: Perfect with fish dishes, grilled prawns and medium hard cheeses

Cellar life: 3 years
