Colour: Pale yellow with fine greenish hues that bring to mind lemon juice

Nose : Intense aromas of jasmine flowers, basil and grapefruit, with mild sensations of tomato leaf and fresh bay leave

Palate: Mineral and sapid, with after-aromas of aromatic herbs, such as oregano and mint

Alcohol content: 13,5% vol

Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C

Food matching: Pairs well with a variety of foods including fresh cheeses, light fish starters, chicken and mediteranean salads
