Nose : Intense and persistent, with hints of plums, quince jam, broom and rosemary

Palate: Savoury, quite warm, full-bodied and persistent. Liquorice aftertaste of licorice with mulberry and wild asparagus qualities

Alcohol content: 13,5% vol

Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C

Food matching: Cheese, roasted rabbit and wild boar

Cellar life: 3 years
