Viognier grows on fresh soils, called “Le Sénie”, near water springs that give the wine intense and enveloping fragrances.

Colour: Strong Yellow with intense golden hues.

Nose : Intense and aromatic notes of ripened medlars, apricots and peaches

Palate: Full, even rich, with a typical fruity roundness. Distinct hints of apricots and peaches, with moderate sapidity and minerality

Alcohol content: 13,5% vol

Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C

Food matching: A delightful aperitif and a fine partner to white meat and shellfish

Cellar life: 2 years
