Dalla selezione delle migliori uve autoctone a bacca bianca del territorio di menfi e delle zone limitrofe, nasce un vino pétillant il cui nome è omaggio alla splendida insenatura incastonata tra vigne e mare, situata in un lembo di terra incontaminato, punteggiato da macchia mediterranea e flora palustre.

Vinification: The grapes, after being destemmed and cooled at approximately 8 °C, are softly pressed. the must obtained (only the very first run is used) is decanted and select yeasts are then added

Nose : An attractive mildly salty nose with balsamic notes and some very delicate hints of citron peel, flowers of citrus trees and thyme

Palate: On the palate this wine is vibrant with a well-balanced freshness. It is packed full of citrus peel flavours and is crisp and dry

Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C

Food matchings: This wine pais beautifully with hors d'oeuvres and fish dishes
