Mandrachef with Valeria Raciti and Andrea Lo Cicero

The game that entertained the guests of the 2019 Vineyard Tour with the cooking challenge between Valeria Raciti, winner of Master Chef 2019, and Andrea Lo Cicero, ex athlete of the Italian national Rugby team and tv host, who prepared two typical dishes from our traditions. Guided by the Women from the Mandrarossa Brigade, the two chefs suggested their interpretation of the busiate and the “ovo ‘ncannulato”, both recipes from Menfi’s cuisine, which for the occasion were revisited with new ingredients and steps.
