Sweet & Sour dogfish
Ingredients
- dogfish
- flour as needed
- onions from Partanna
- vinegar
- sugar
Preparation
Slice the onions and cook in a pan with salt and olive oil, once ready add a glass of vinegar and tablespoon of sugar and continue cooking until vinegar evaporates. Fry the dogfish in chunks after flouring it and add it to the onions.
