Santannella
The union of a typical variety from southern Italy, the Fiano, with the intriguing Chenin Blanc from the Loira region, in France. Two varieties that meet in Sicily resulting in a wine that captivates for its elegance, fragrance and minerality.

Vinification
After cryomaceration at 5-8°C for 4/6 hours, fermentation takes place at 16-18 °C for 15/20 days. The Fiano ages in barrique for 4 months, the Chenin Blanc ages in steel vats for 6 months.

Tasting notes
The wine is straw-yellow with intense golden reflections. The aroma is intense, with scents of ripe fruits, almonds and hazelnuts. On the palate it is intense and full, with a minerality rendering it very pleasant.
