Sensory profile of the wine
The Moscato di Alessandria variety, more commonly known as Zibibbo, produces wines with a pleasant orange blossom and white peach aromas, with captivating citrus notes. The resulting wine is straw-yellow in color tending to golden-amber if the grapes undergo the drying process. The scent is recognizable for its marked aromaticity and fruity hints of raisins, candied citrus and dry fruit. To the palate it’s soft, fresh and sapid, with sweet notes based on the vinification method. It normally has a great structure and a significant flavor-olfactive persistence.
