Sensory profile of the wine
The wines produced using the Chenin Blanc variety are typically fresh, medium body, moderately alcoholic with a mild to high acidity. The wines have scents of honey and white flowers. To the palate there are marked notes of white pulpy fruits such as ripe apple, pear and peach. Also, the honey notes of the Chenin Blanc make the wines persistent with a sweet fruity finish.
